Evening.
Not sure if anyone is intrested, but, a quick update.
Over the last week I have contacted the EA Customer Help page several times.
I have had 5 replies promising that they would help.
The latest one was 12 hours ago, from Hemichael S, promising to help today.
Since then, nothing, zilch, nada.......
So, I've emailed EA to ask for all my money back which I've given them over the last year: if they can't be bothered about their customers, why should I give them money.
Thanks again for the help you've given me, I really appreciate it.
Shame EA don't care about people.

Apologies for the frustration this has caused.
From what I can see the case has been escalated for investigation with our support and will be reviewed as soon as it is reached in queue. I do have to say, every time you update that case to resume it or send another email, the time on that case is reset and that places it back at the start of the queue increasing the wait time.
In this case, I would ask for your patience, as soon as we have any updates, we will contact you via email.

Had an email from John E, from EA, telling me that he thinks the problems I've had for the last couple of weeks was "temporary and has now subsided" as I can now buy donuts whilst playing "Anonymously".
Can someone at EA please ask their Customer care people to actually read the full email and then see what, if they can bothered, they can do to help instead of not bothering doing the job they are they for ?
