Where is my Golden Ticket?

I purchased a Golden Ticket in The Simpsons: Tapped Out and whenever i try to use it my game tells me "This item has already been purchased but not downloaded" then cancels everything and kicks me to the game. I paid for my item, how the heck do i get it to download? I've tried restarting both the game and my device, no luck. Give me my stupid dollar back or give me the ticket, I'm tired of the game teling me I made a baby cry. BAD BAD BAD EA
