When I tap on Krusty, my game forces closes and shuts down

Since Tuesday -October 28-, whenever I tap on my Krusty, my game forces closes and shuts down. I do all the updates regluarly. I did mutpile battery pulls, I even put Krusty & Mr. Tiny in my inventory, I also even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. But nothing seems to fix it.

I'd suggest you box up Krusty but you've already tried that.
This Forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping/advising other Players. In this case there is little other players can do for you.
Contact EA directly http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ and ask for a gameadvisor. Same login as the game.
