Hello, my name is Adrian and I'm from Brazil and playing a few months ago (The Simpsons: The Output). In this last week I have been facing a serious network connection failure problem as soon as I say that my internet connection is great. An update of 14 megabytes where everytime I try to run it gives '' connection failure '', created a group on Facebook where more than 50 people are on this problem. What we do? We ALL will have five days without access to it, it condemns, and the confidence we have in your business. Is not it strange that everyone has the same problem? Previously many others are, I know that looking at forums, so now I ask that give us help for this problem urgently. The game is quite fun and creative, it would be a great loss for us Brazilians who have a serious problem of lack of culture, lose it. Answer this email with please urgently need much play.

Unfortunatlly a common problem. I like that you rallied up people to add volume to the issue but this is not the place to be heard by EA (they may read this but if you want to be sure they hear you contact them directly) even though you can add more voices to the complaint.

This Forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping/advising other Players. In this case there is little other players can do for you.
