The Simpsons: Tapped Out reset

I have been playing for a  couple weeks now,was at on level 15 i think earlier today.. I logged on a few hours ago and it was reset back to the very beginning like i have nevr played before... Any way I can get it all back?

It sounds like it just logged you out. Delete the app and reinstall. Then log back in. Your Springfield should load as normal @toxicmytho .

I tried all of that and still at level 1.. Not good

Sounds like you will need to speak to a game advisor for help with this. Follow the link: https://help.ea.com .

Then do the following @toxicmytho :

Click on: Help with a Game
Then in the bar that says Search all Products, Type: Tapped Out
Click on the Tapped Out icon
Select a topic
Scroll down to "contact us" then select a platform
An option to contact ea will come up
