The Simpsons Tapped Out: Receiving Warning!

When I try to get into the game, it says "Your other device didn't save your Springfield. Please sign into that device for playng." 

I have the option to press OK or Play Now. I click OK and it goes to the screen where it asks me to tap to continue. I tap on the screen and once again it says the Warning! error. What am I suppose to do?

This happens to me once in a while. I only play on one device, so I just hit play now. I never have any problems.
