My game worked fine this morning, then suddenly it crashes and went I go back in, it does the spinning donut and a very annoying harp playing. I've tried from two different devises (Samsung Galaxy S4 & Nexus 7 tablet),  uninstall/reinstall, and friends say they can visit my Springfield. I'm missing out on my first Christmas event!

Having same problem. Havnt been able to connect for last4/5 days

I as well the game is crashing constantly since last update and did installed and reinstalled game multiple times with no luck, please help for I do not want to lose all the progress I have on the Xmas missions

Mine has not been working since this morning, 25 Dec 8am GMT +8.

I tried to log a case but there was no option to send email or call or chat online. Not sure if my case was logged.

I just got the same problem just now. Been trying few suggestions as well but i try clear cache. Then log ou,restart the phone,log in back. The only thing happen to me right after that was bart screen showing a few times. I close the app and reopen again,the town is back again with duff christmas tree and other thing. Im using xperia sp with jellybean os. I hope can help some of you with these steps i try on my device

I can't open it up, donut spins a few times then goes back to home screen.  Using a Samsung tablet.  Had problems yesterday but finally got on, no such luck today.
