Task fails to start.

I got a task where Krusty has to walk with Mr. Teeny.
The problem is the timer doesn't start. The task even disappears while they are walking.
The task appears again when I restart the game or visit Krustyland or a friend.

I thought the lvl 49 upgrade could bring a solution but it didn't.

Is it a given task (in the book) or something you set yourself?
Doesnt really matter, just curious.
