Why I cannot use pavement under the buildings now? I'm trying and the game doesn't let me :/

@xlxnanaxlx Most players are experiencing this.  Hopefully this glitch will get repaired soon.

You can only place the buildings on grass but after it is placed you can put pavement under it.
Yes, it is annoying. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
