Tapped out Squidport

The quest for the Squidport came up for me, it had all the dialog but it wont let me put the entrance. I brought water and beach land before the quest but the quest is not showing up in my task book. I have tried buying more sea and beach land but it doesn't do anything. I am now level 52 and i still dont have the squidport. I cant put the entrance of the squidport in, and the quest is not on my task book.  does anyone know a fix for this, i have tried to have Homer and Lisa not have a task to try and get the quest back a few times but its still not working.

Are you on squidportpart 1? You need to be on squidport part 2. Have you placed the sea captions boat? I can't remember but maybe you need to do that first. Hope this helps. Make sure none of your characters have highlighted yellow tasks as those would need to be done first.

Check your Task Book.  Is there a box at the bottom with a number?  The quest may be in there.
