TSTO Missing XP bonus after visiting me neighbors

I am experencing aproximitly a 46% failure to recive the 25XP after visiting my neighbors. This has been going on since the lastest game update. Granted I am at level 38 of the game and maxed out on the friends level8, but this is afecting my wifes game as well. She is only a level 32 and has not maxed out her friends level. Even without the little window popping up saying you got the extra 25xp, you should still be getting it. 

What I did to find this out was, wrote down my xp, went to visit a neighbor, then went back to my town and totaled my xp. It was all there.

I am having the same issue. Even after the update, I still don't recieve XP points from visiting about half of my neighbors.
