TSTO Halloween 2017 SVT peasant missing from store

I wanted to purchase the Squeaky Voice Teen Peasant. However, the option doesn't show on my iPad. I own Shelbyville, so I know there is no conflict with that. Is there a fix or workaround to get the SVT Peasant?

There is currently a glitch in the game with this purchase. May have to do with not having iOS 11 on iPhone. We're not sure yet but no solution to this problem at this time.

Update: SVT Peasant was offered to me yesterday via the store. Hope you got yours! He has been appearing for others who originally had the problem as well.

The second patch in-game update was suppose to fix it.

Exit and reopen to download the in-game update and the costume should be there.

Let us know if you still dont see it.

This may also be an app store issue.  I play 3 games on 3 devices.  It showed up immediately on my Samsung (Play store).  It didn't appear until after the last update on my iPad Mini (iTunes store), and it finally showed up on my Kindle Fire (Amazon store) today.

I never received the offer as well. Using iphone with ios 11.

The costume for SVT was only available in Act 1

It was offered if you bought donuts.

It was not in the regular store but in the buy more donuts part of the store.
