TSTO Gameplay Interrupted by "Location Based Service Disabled" (Kindle Fire)

This is a problem that just started this evening.  I get an error message on the screen with the title "Location Based Service Disabled."  Beneath, it says, "You need to enable Location Based Services if you want to use the location-based features of this application.   Once enabled, Kindle Fire will use Wi-Fi to help determine your location."  Then there are two buttons to choose from:  "Cancel" and "Enable."  I do not want to enable location-based service, so I tap "Cancel."  The game goes back to the loading screen, and then after the reload, I can play for just a shor time before I get interrupted yet again.  How do I get this message to stop interrupting my game (other than enabling a setting that I do not want)?

I am not sure. I hqwve never seen that message before. Maybe hard shut the app down, restart the device and reopen the app. If it contuines, I would contact EA to see if they have further information

Log in with your Origin ID
Click on help with a game
Click on the Simpson's Tapped Out logo
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on contact us
Select your appropriate platform
Click next on bottom right
Select a topic
Tell us a little more: Simpson's Tapped Out
Click next

You will then have the option for Answer HQ, Live Chat or Email or a Call Me Option!

If you see live chat and want to wait, click it.

If you want to send an email, click that one.

If you want a call back, choose that one and enter a phone number for them to call you back!

NOT EVERY OPTION IS AVAILABLE! DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND TIME DAY, WILL DEPEND ON YOUR OPTIONS!!

Thanks.  This has started to happen with other applications and even when no application is selected, so I might need to look into contacting Amazon Kindle support.

Yes,if it is happening with other apps, then contacting Amazon Support would be the route to go. Good luck and hope it gets worked out for you.
