I have sent the kids trick or treating 20 or more times and opened the treat bags each time but still my counter only shows 6/10.
Is this normal? EA has not answered my message regarding this. Is there a way to get past this and finish the quest?

You will never find wish the quest until the event is over. You will send kids trick or treating through out the whole event. As for the treat bags....as long as you are getting them, I would not worry about it.

Thanks, but then why have any counter? That's what is confusing, it went to 6/10 then stopped, I could understand if it went to 10/10 and gave a reward and still allowed t or t till the end of the update. The task still shows in yellow text in the kids menus, seems like a glitch.....
