Skipped mission

I once deleted the game from my phone, late i adder it again. Everything was there accept the mission squidport. Now I'm levels further and Still the mission didn't start again. So i Still Miss a couple of characters and buildinga because of this.

You have to have water and beach expansion first. Do you have that?

Then you have to place the squidport entrance. 

Then you have build 4 tiles....do NOT place them! Leave them in storage!

Then homer will swear at the ocean
