We have released an update to the game that has fixed an issue affecting some players’ ability to load the game. Affected players would have heard the harp chime loop during the load screen.
If you are still experiencing problems please make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of the game. You can do this by going to The Simpsons: Tapped Out product page on the App Store ℠ or Google Play store and updating the game.
