Simpsons tapped out login error

When signing into my simpsons tapped out account I get the following error. An error has occurred processing the login. Please retry. I've tried resetting my password, restarting my ipad, deleting then reinstalling the app and none of these seemed to work. Please help.

You will need to contact a game advisor for help with this so they can see what is going on with your account  @abrown80557. Follow the link: https://help.ea.com .

Then do the following:

Click on: Help with a Game
Then in the bar that says Search all Products, Type: Tapped Out
Click on the Tapped Out icon
Select a topic
Scroll down to "contact us" then select a platform
An option to contact ea will come up
