Simpsons tapped out disappearing buildings

When I am on it most times the buildings disappear and reappear but it is like they are blinking .

Have you tried cleaning your device cache, app cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app...ONLY if you sign in with Origin!

yes, have uninstalled then reinstalled app.  problem still there though.

I have been having the same problem for a week now. I have cleared my cache numerous times and uninstalled the game a reinstalled a few times as well.

Same here. Noticed an empty spot in my town where 6 Kwik-e-Mart used to be.

I've reïnstalled, cleared cache but no success. They're also not stored.

I do use an Android Emulator (Bluestacks)

@cgguyatt861 if the building is still missing and not in your storage I would contact EA help center and have them look into this matter for you. 

@Wiredup11 I am not really not sure what advice to give as EA does not support bluestacks. You are more then welcome to give it try and see what they have to say.

Go to http://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin ID
Click on help with a game
Click on the Simpson's Tapped Out logo
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on contact us
Select your appropriate platform
Click next on bottom right
Select a topic
Tell us a little more: Simpson's Tapped Out
Click next

You will then have the option for Answer HQ, Live Chat or Email or a Call Me Option!

If you see live chat and want to wait, click it.

If you want to send an email, click that one.

If you want a call back, choose that one and enter a phone number for them to call you back!

NOT EVERY OPTION IS AVAILABLE! DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND TIME DAY, WILL DEPEND ON YOUR OPTIONS!!

EA will not help you. I have had "disappeared buildings" ever since the Zoo event started. I can still collect money, but they are invisible. Also, my mountains disappeared. Doesn't matter if I reinstall, logout/login, store the buildings - in fact, the only place the buildings are visible are in storage and they become invisible when I place them. And now the new items I have earned for the Zoo event - Baboon Country, Slimu Stadium, & the Great Plains - are also invisible. EA's response was to offer me a new game or go back to a previous save (which would be in February).

Sorry, EA is not doing anything to help with this. They just don't care.
