Simpson Tapped Out connection issues

Tried to access Simpson app, message saying cannot connect to server and tells me to try reconnect this is the second time today this issue has happened; cleared cache, forced stop app etc as well as checking my wi-fi connection all is fine please investigate

This is a common issue. There really is no fix for this and there could be many reasons why it is happening. WiFi busy servers servers down etc.
