Sea Captain Coffee Shop (Heights)

When I try to make the Sea Captain "Order a Sea Salted Latte" at the Springfield Heights Coffee Shop it says "requirements not met". Is it because I don't have Drederick Tatum?

I figured it out, I needed to unlock the Ad Agency first. Thank you for your assistance though.

The requirements are:

30 000 000 REV

Unlock cost is 30 Lattes and 30 Smart Devices

If you do not yet have 30 mil REV the requirements are not met.

You need to unlock the job (pay 30 lattes and 30 SmartDevices) before you can send the captain.

From what I can see, you do not need to have Tatum or Chalmers.

Especially not Tatum, since that is a premium.

Thanks for the reply. However I have 49 million REV currently and he still won't make the darn lattes.

I was hasty.

This seems to be more complicated than I initially thought.

I have, unfortunately, no idea about what to do, since the building can not be stored.

Only option I see is to contact support and hope a fix will come.

oh, and try the basic troubleshooting steps.

Basic Trouble shoot

Resynch by visiting a friend or going to Krustyland
Log out/Log in
Hardclose game
Restart device
Clear cache
Free up space

Load on another device
Try a different wifi/connection/internet/broadband

If connected to EA/Origin: do a delete/reinstall of the game
If you play Anonymously a delete/reinstall will get your game lost

This is what you can do on your own, if this does not help, contact support.

It would appear that there is a new patch that 'fixes' this problem.

January 20 Update (4.24.5; "4_24_XMAS2016_Takedown_Patch1_PostLaunch")

• Visibility requirements in menu for Springfield Heights' new 8 hours job slots changed from starting Springfield Heights 8 Hour Job Intro to starting Springfield Heights Pt. 10.

Basically you need to unlock the Marketing Agency through the Springfield Heights quests and then you will be able to send characters on the 8 hour tasks.
