Restarting me? [ Edited ]

I installed the most recent update for tapped out and started to do the new quest. However when I went back to my game the video of homer blowing up Springfield started playing.  I tried loging in and out several times to see but it still played the video. I even restarted my phone several tim

es and it still didn't work. My Springfield is connected to my orgin account and says I'm level 50 so why is it restarting me?

Have you tried clearing the cache of the app?
