Simpsons Tapped Out Loading Problem

Can EA look into my account and do what they did to yours as its been over a week now and my tapped out keeps freezing on the load up screen.

Contact Customer Support here. When setting up the case select "Technical support" as your Topic, then later "Game performance" as your Issue.

I had this same problem  and found the solution here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Simpsons-Tapped-Out/TEMP-FIX-for-Tapped-Out-game-Keeps-Crashing-Auto-Re... this worked for me after not being able to go on my game for about 4 days after an update, for my other device i used bluestacks can be easier if you dont own anything else but a pc and dont have anyones you can borrow, as described did get kicked out after about 10 seconds but the second time around worked as normal. no progress lost, hope this works for you too as its the only solution i have found so far thats worked for me.
