Railyard won't award track pieces

Since the update yesterday I've had trouble with the rail yard.  I have handed in over 30,000 blueprints but it won't award me the track pieces or update to the next prize. Help!

Hi, I'm having problems with the blue prints accumulated in the Rail Yard Building, in order to get track pieces.  The job is to get 15,000 blue prints (in this case) so I can receive two  track pieces.  The thing is I already has more than 20,000 blue prints and the system don't reset, by giving the two track pieces and start accumulating for the next level. It keeps accumulating more and more blue prints. Can someone explain to me what to do?

My monorail also won't reward my prizes please fix asap

My monorail won't reward me for achieving my goAls. I have almost 39000 points yet my quest #3 won't unlock neither would my quest #4. Please fix so that I can get my railroads
