Puritan Flanders unable to self-punish [ Edited ]

As part of the The Battle of Thanksgiving Part 4 Puritan Flanders is supposed to self punish but I am unable to do it. I can see the activity but it is locked and under required it says *null.

Any idea how to make it available to complete the request?

It's locked as a task in my main town and feeder towns as well. There was a small update a few hours ago so I'm guessing the task/quest is locked as a result of that. It's possibly a case of waiting for EA to put out another update correcting it.

I am also unable to do the quest. I'm glad if isnt just me. I hope they fix it.

This bug also appears to be blocking the "Leftovers" Quest...
