My Simpsons won't let me in

Whenever I try to log in on my phone or iPad my game keeps saying that it hasn't saved my Springfield. I've been playing it for months but it has never done this before. It gives me two options to click ok or play now but if I press play now I'm afraid I'll lose everything, but if I press ok it just reloads the game and goes back to that screen. How do I get my Springfield working again?
