My Find-Maggie-minigame does not reset - no donut payout

So as others too have tis problem, please find a solution.

as far as I remember, i did not do two things at the same time (never played dos race for a looong time) but your information could help.

I contacted the support a couple of days ago. the first time they said they would solve this problem. But I only get tips to find maggie and click her, what obviously was not my problem.

So I contacted some specialists again, and they said they will work on it and maybe implement a solution with the next update.

Since then we had one ingame update, that didnt solve anything. I wait till the next appstore-update, if the minigame is blocked after that I will contact again.

I loose so many donuts that other players gain cause I find her everytime but it doesnt count.

Hope that little update from me helped you, please also contact the support so they are aware that many players have this problem.

I wasn't doing two thing at the same time either. And I do have time to chat to support people about this.

It's a frustrating problem.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction to get help with my game. Have been waiting on a fix for Maggie's mini game but yesterday I took the easy way out. I asked to roll back my game save to 10 days ago. It worked! Mini game works fine now, only lost some Valentines stuff and some train track. Thanks EA_Zoe for the idea.

Because of other things going on in the game, challenges, purchases and valentines day event I do not want mine rolled back.
I know I'm taking a hit on the Maggie donut I could earn but I want a proper fix not just a reset. Also no guarantee that it won't happen again.

Have any of you tried storing the Play Dough Factory?  I'm not sure that will help, but it is something to try.

yes, of course, i stored the buildings and maggie, and reinstalled the game. none of this actions solve the problem like i said before.

1. nobody of the support team supposed to set the game back

2. i also would not set the game back, because i earned some prices/ even buy a new character since then, and like you said, it could happen again.

we need a serious fix! and a reward for the donuts we lost through this!
