Missing donuts since Springfield Heights update

Also was supposed to receive a Mystery Box on the day Springfield Heights appeared. The Mystery Box was never given.

Could someone PM me about reimbursing me for both please?

I have 98 donuts went down to 16. So I checked to make sure my settings were right on donut usage. That then took me to 0...

unlocked Sprinfield hights, moved a building and all my donuts are gone

I could have sworn that I had over 70 donuts in The Simpson's Tapped Out (I can't remember how many exactly) and today I noticed that I have only 58. I do not recall purchasing anything since I'm saving up. I am a freemium player so I don't spend money on the game unless someone gives me a gift which is rare. I have the spend donuts warning set up on my game so I should not have been able to accidentally spend them. Can you please look into this and find out where my donuts have gone? Can I get them back?

Started off with approx 130 donuts before update, lost 93 (37 left) the other day, and lost another 30 today. Now I'm down to 7 measly donuts. I hope ea can fix this soon but this sounds like a massive problem and can't see how they can reimburse everyone the exact amount they lost....Very random amount of donuts people are losing...
