Missing and moving buildings overlap and missing decorations [ Edited ]

I'm missing my Lisa's balance beam, Pharm-Er John’s Pharmaceuticals store, the Coffee Shop, LA Body Works, Miss Springfield and the Sleep Easy Motel went back to the store, sometimes the Springfield house would go back to the store and buildings that randomly move when I go back to my town like Bart's tree house would move into Springfield Heights.
