I recently purchased the Heck House with the devil Flanders and it is not showing in game.

Did you check your inventory to see if it went in there?

If it's not in your inventory, you will need to contact a game advisor. Follow the link. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

Then do the following:
Click on: Tapped Out and next.
Enter your platform and next.
Briefly describe your issue and next.
An option to contact EA will come up.
