Missing Fat Tony

Trying to complete the D'Amicco story but just realized I'm missing Fat Tony. Tried removing and replacing the Business man social club but he does not appear to be linked to it. Any suggestions?

I've just tested this with my game and he seems to no longer be associated with it or any other building. If he's not showing up in your town census and he's not showing up in any of the buildings associated with his tasks - Town Hall, Springfield Penitentiary, puple house etc - then you'll need to get in touch with EA support to have them reset/replace him in the game for you.
