I am missing two elves for a total of 16.  I noticed when it happens I can't open the elf cave until I leave the game and come back.

There were a couple of times I cleared the final task in a tunnel but didn't see an elf pop out.  I know for at least one of them I had the glitch at the time where I couldn't view the tunnels and had to go to Krustyland and back to be able to see them.  After returning I checked and the tunnel showed cleared, but the elf counter didn't go up (and I'm not sure whether or not the 100 present bonus was applied).

It's a bummer that they are missing since they continually produce presents.  I've been pretty good about restarting them working almost every four hours since the event started, so depending exactly when I missed those elves that's a decent number of presents lost.

Submitted a ticket two days ago about this issue, still haven't heard back

I'm missing 2 elves (one from tunnel 8, one from tunnel 11)

All tunnels have been opened

I had 2 bonus elves from 5 day streaks

At least 2 if not 3 elves from the streak daily logins bonus, im daily player

Am also missing the tunnel 12 24hr 100 presents bonus (i saw the elf from tunnel 12 NOT coming out and added )

Am also missing those presents from the missing elves, 24 presents per elf per day ＝ adds up quickly

I have the same problem:
I cleared 12 tunnels, but since i was not able to access Santa's daily task lists each time due to a glitch, I did not receive my elves and my 100 present bonus reward at least twice.
So now I have
4 starter elves + 2 daily reward elves + 10 Santa's tasks elves ( instead of 12).
So all in all I have already lost 200 presents and every 4 hours I am missing out on additional presents because of not rewarded elves.
So if I cannot make it to the last prize I will be very disappointed. This glitch ( and not accessing the elf tunnel) must be fixed asap!
