ALL MY BASIC INFORMATION HAS CHANGED AND REGINOAL SETTINGS HAS CHANGED AS WELL. ITS APPARENTLY SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT INFORMATION FROM THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION... IM FROM TEXAS!!. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

I would log into origin and set up a new security question as well as 2 step verification, if you have not already did so. Here is the help center link for how to do it: http://help.ea.com/en/article/origin-login-verification-information/ . I have this set up and it sends a code to my phone when I use a new device or computer. 

 

Also, change your password immediately, if have not already done so.

But you're able to log in? Do you have Origin downloaded to your computer? You can change the regional settings and I would image that would change the language. Or is the whole Origin page in Russian and that's why you can't do it? Sorry if this seems like stupid questions but I'm trying to figure out how to help you with this.

 

You need to also contact a game advisor as soon as possible. Maybe you will get lucky and your wait won't be that long.
