Lost Springfield

I play at 10:00 and about 11 00 , i want log in (i play on origin)but i lost my springfield  , every time i want log in there is a written : YOUR DEVICE DIDNT SAVE YOUR SPRINGFIELD SIGN IN !!!

I was lvl 27  and I play on ASUS Memopad

Is it still showing you as logged in to Origin and your correct level on the bottom left corner of the splashscreen when loading the game? If so then click "play now" and "continue". Your game should load as normal.

If it doesn't show the correct level then uninstall and reinstall the game then try signing in to Origin again and see if that brings up the correct level.

If it doesn't work or you don't have "play now" and "continue" as your options when trying to load your town then post again.
