Same probelm. Collected all 40 guinea pigs and task restarted with 0/40 guinea pigs. Playing on both iPad and iPhone.

I am still missing some guinea pigs the game still has me on part 1 with only 29/40 guinea pigs and due to the glitch I wasn't able to make it any further

Having the same problem, 0/40 Guinea Pigs with none to collect.

I still have the same problem - tells me to collect the guinea pigs, won't let me start the task (not to mention I've already completed the task including the players doing the 12-hr tasks, and it reset randomly).
