[Info Request] Springfield reset after latest update on Android

Hi everyone,

 

For those of you that patched your game with the latest issue and just experienced a reset, we would like to ask you to help us gathering more information about this issue. Please post the following information in the format provided:

 

  1. Origin ID:
  2. Device (Android version):
  3. Timestamp (date, time, timezone):
  4. Your level before:
  5. Your level after:

I didn't have an Origin ID tied to the game before that, I'm not exactly sure what you used to sync my phone to yours servers, but the email I was using when I downloaded the game was [edit: email address removed]. Please help, thanks!

Not quite wiped, but it overwrote my iPhone saved game onto my Android game.

I have an origin account, so i just used my email and password already connected to it. And the game logged in to a new and complete reset of the game....

The studio already managed to fix a lot of cities. If you still see this issue, please get in contact with our customer support. And this is how you do it:

 

Go to www.help.ea.com and log in with your Origin account. You can find the login button on the top right:

After you logged in you should be able to see you user name on the top right:

Now use this link to get to the correct contact page. It should look like this:

Choose email as contact option and explain your issue. Please remember to add this information:

  3. Timestamp (date, time, timezone):

  5. Your level after:
