In game content was not recieved

I bought some doughnuts in the game, the boatload of doughnuts, and the charge went through on my credit card, however I never recieved the doughnuts. I've closed out of the game, and restarted the phone (as suggested), but still the in game content has not been delivered. Where do I need to go from here?

It can take up to 24h to recive your donuts.
