Since the Krustyland update, some of you have reported an issue where buildings from Krustyland show up in your Springfield. Some of these buildings cannot be moved back to Krustyland again. Read more about this issue in this thread:

We would like to fix this issue for you, but for that we need the following information:

6. Did you already send a ticket about that: yes/no

Hi everyone,

We are aware that there is still a small number of people around who have this issue.

Our dev team ran into technical difficulties with some accounts and has to adjust the existing fix to be able to resolve the issue for these accounts.

Be asured that you are not forgotten and that we are still working on the issue.

As we are able to scan for affected accounts now, there is no need anymore to report the issue. I will therefore close this thread.

I will give you a last update here, once we have fixed the last accounts. Please subscribe to this thread if you want to be notified of this update.

After the Krustyland update my Krustyland buildings are showing up in my regular Springfield where they shouldn't be and I can't move them back to Krustyland.
Details:
I got an iPad 2 and a HTC Rezound
My iPad has capacity of 28.6 gigs
My HTC Rezound has capacity of 16 gigs
I got about 84 downloaded apps on iPad 2
And 42 on my HTC Rezound
I got 1.5 gigs available on iPad
And 10.24 gigs on HTC Rezound
My HTC Rezound Android Device ID is 3B7EEB9F05C7FFA8
My iPad UDID is b195df8356139e7f3c45fbb1021fb07afa9552d8
