Is the app updated?
When did it start?
Do you even get the Gracie film screen?
Is your device working?
Are you connected to wifi or 3G/4G or other?
What platform?
Can you access the welcomescreen?
Is the issue logging in?
Do you have an account or are you playing Anonymous?
How much free space does your device have?
When did you clear cache last?
Have you tried hardclosing?
Shut off device?
Switch connection?
Changed device?
Done a delete/reinstall?
