Homer does not start the squidport quest row

Hi,

I have a problem: right after the update I bought a plot of land while waiting for homer to finish his task.

He has been free now since this morning as well as lisa and bart, but the quest row doesnt start! (no exclamation mark over his head)

What can I do? please help.... I am level 15

Try building moes. It isn't likely, but it may have something to do with it...

In my Springfield, I had already finished the squidport part5 (and it shows "done") but Homer doesn't start a new quest. I've Trier to uninstall and install the APP again bit it didn't work. Im level 28 and now I'm building the hospital and saving money to start anothers.

**bleep** it, hit wrong button :-). to continue the part 5, tuck in your itchy&scratchy store to your inventory and put it out again. its a glitch, after that the captain should go on with your quest :-)

to answer the other wuestion: at part 2 dont buy ANY pieces of land. buy a shore piece of land and a sea piece of land and go on....

You said that you bought the land. Did you always buy the water expansion that is part of the same quest?

I have no quest yet, i.e. part one hasnt evens tarted yet. bought the land without the quest...

Hmmm, you can try buying a water plot and see if that helps. If not, you may need to be patient. Since Squidport requires level 5, the level should not be an issue; however, there "might" be other external quest that need to be completed prior to starting the Squidport quest. I do not have confirmation of this though.

Since you say both Homer and Lisa are free, it leads me to believe you have something else that needs to be completed first.

If the water purchase does not help, I do not have any more suggestions besides, be patient. Maybe someone else has seen this issue and has a suggestion for getting around.

Do you have Moe's built? Just wondering...

Apart from that, try and exiting and entering the game, and also waiting for all other quests to finish.

Building Moe's Tavern and completing the quest that comes with the Tavern will need to be completed first.
