Hibbert's Got Shed Pt.4 stuck

I'm stuck on the Chester Dupree quest line. There is this part of pt.4 where you have to complete this action:

Make Springfielders Donate Blood– 8hrs x10.  Send 10 Springfield residents to donate blood.  Earns $275, 70xp non-premium characters and $420, 105xp premium characters

I've done this action, but it only says completed 9/10 and I can't send any other spring fielders to donate blood anymore. Tried storing Chester and Hibbert and the Bloodmobile and after that a hard reset and reinstall to no avail.

Hi @mrmanag0r68,

If both Chester and the Bloodmobile are placed in your Springfield, and Chester is not busy with another task, please contact support.

To do so, simply use this form and select Technical support / Game performance in the drop down menu in order to discuss with an Advisor over the phone or by chat.

I have this problem too and, I came across this thread here, and have followed what @EA_Zoe replied to you, @mrmanag0r68, and have been referred to a game specialist, i really hope i don't have to start anew. How did this issue turn out for you?

I tried to chat with an EA advisor, but never got through. They've created a case and a game advisor will contact me soon, but haven't heard anything yet following the email on the 23rd

Hi Zoe, no I have not. I also have trouble completing my tailgate party upgrade which I have put into my inventory since I wasn't able to continue the upgrades. Seems like a similar problem where even though I seemed to complete the task I can't get any further. Maybe I should open a new post about this particular issue.
