Have you lost Smithers??? PLEASE LOOK HERE!

Have you tried to store the burns manor and when you replace it smithers will reappear! Click on him and his is stonecutters outfit back?

I'm also missing the option too change Smithers to his stonecutter mode.

I tried storing Burns Manor and the stonecutter lodge, all I get is normal Smithers.

Please don't take offense to the following questions. I am just trying to see where and what you have tried.

1. Look in your storage box?

2. Click on Smithers and see if you have the option to swipe between Regular Smithers and Stonecutter Smithers? 

3. Clear app cache?

4. Clear device if able to?

5. Put Regular Smithers on a short task. Like have him do the hour task with burns or the four task of checking the mail?

1. The outfit isn't in storage.

5. I've done the exercise for Burns, but nothing changed.

If I remeber correctly, I got Number 59 (stonecutter Smithers) then recieved a prompt to send him on a task at the Stonecutter lodge. I checked back later and found Normal Smithers walking around town when he should have been at the lodge with no option to switch to Numder 59. In the Sacred Parchment Prizes he is listed as unlocked, but not in Character Collections.

This has been an issue with many of the characters outfits since stonecutter started. You can put a ticket in with EA, but I am sure they are going to tell you to post here. 

The only other thing I can suggest to try is uninstall and reinstall the app, but I highly doubt it is going to work! But one never knows.

Didint work for me.

After Burns is in the box, when I click in a task that needs Smithers I just hear his voice.

If I place Burns Again, the Smither's task is send to him again...

I am stuck!

@moholy171 are you placing Burns Manor into storage and then replacing it back on your town?? Not Mr. Burns himself.
