Haked?

When I log on my account it always says:"my other device didn't save my game".
What other device? I have only logged on with my phone. Did I get hacked, and what can I do to continue playing my game?

This has happened not only to myself but lots of other players. I don't believe your game was hacked, I know mine was not. Just click on play now, then another message will appear saying some progress might be lost, just click continue. I have never lost any progress when doing this.

This happened to me except l didn't lose anything, my Springfield was rearranged and someone bought the shiva statue with my donuts so everything is all twisted and the donuts l was saving were spent.
