Hacked Account

Hello,

 My Simpson's Tapped Out account was hacked and my name was changed to Krocros. Why someone would want to hack a free game account is beyond me but it happened and now I cannot connect to my Springfield. I can log into my Origin account no problem, which I thought is what connected me to the Simpson's Tapped Out but apparently that is not the case. 

 Can you help get my account back from this thief!
