Graphics appear slow and choppy using the new Samsung Note 10.1 2014 edition tablet

The latest update has not sorted this problem out. You would expect a high spec device to run this smoothly. Hurry up EA and please sort this out..

I'm having the same exact problem with my galaxy note 2014ed as well. Its a shame, have spent a lot on this game but like others, its unbearable and not fun with the lag. I just hope with the holidays over now they can focus on fixing these kinds of issues.

An FYI to everyone here:

I opened a ticket for this and explained that the game works fine on my phone but not my Note 10.1 (2014). I also referenced this message chain.  I received this response:

[ Thanks for getting back to me and letting me know. If you haven't had any issues on your other phone, that would definitely point to it being a problem with that particular device. I appreciate you providing that link as well showing other players having that same issue on that device. With it being an issue specific to that type of Note, it would be something that would have to be fixed by an update to the game or the device. At this time, I'll be filing this as a bug report for that device. Thanks again for the information! If you have any other questions for me, please do let me know. ]

Downloaded the latest valentine update from Google play store and it's slow and choppy. So still not sorted.

The last update helped a bit. Still choppy but almost playable now.

Same problem here. It's very frustrating to play on this device due to the choppyness and unresponsiveness. I hope a fix comes soon.

Just got my Note 10.1 2014 2 weeks ago and this problem is still happening, this is not a device problem, EA optimise the game already, I was so excited to play this on such a nice screen, where is the fix?

I logged a ticket with EA at the start of the year and provided them with as much information that I had (including a link to this forum) and have continued to answer any questions they ask.

I would strongly suggest that anyone else having this issue to log a ticket with EA so they can be made aware that this is an issue for the Note 10.1 2014 edition.

Yes, The Galaxy pro 12.2 also has the problem. in addition the tap function bogs down to
