I bought a gold ticket at the simpsons tapped out when the loading screen come the game crash and next time i started the game i dont get the gold ticket 

what should i do now?

You will need to contact a game advisor for help with this. Follow the link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ .

Then do the following:
Click on: Tapped Out and next.
Enter your platform and next.
Briefly describe your issue and next.
An option to contact EA will come up.

It is the weekend, so not all contact options will be avaliable. If the one you want is grayed out, try again later.
