Twice now I have had to re-download my ENTIRE game. Why is this happening?

What you have described could indicate a couple of different issues:

1. Issue: You open the game from your notifications rather than the icon on your homescreen.

1. Solution: Always open the game from your homescreen.

2. Issue: You do not have enough space on your device.

2. Information: This game is rather resource intensive, needing at least 1GB of free space on your device in order to operate as intended.

2. Solution: Delete unused apps or unnecessary music / photos / videos.

3. Issue: Your game install is corrupted.

3. Information: This can happen at any time, for any reason.

3. Solution: Make sure your game is backed up through your EA account before deleting your game, restarting your device and reinstalling the game all over again (to get a clean install).

Hey, thanks for your answer! I feel it is most likely a space issue, I only have about 500 mb of free space left. Deleting useless junk now. Thanks again. Very helpful!
