I got the Easter update and opened it up, sent the 3 off for the 24 hr task to start the event and when I tried to play the next day I couldn't get in. I have now been frozen out of the game for 5 days now! It defintely seems like an Origin issue because I can play anonymously but if I try to log in it crasges before the game can open.
Problem:
After logging in the donut spins and a msg about another device not saving my progress pops up...I hit Play now and another warning pops asking if I want to conitnue and I click OK....the donut spins for a second and then immediately crashes to my Ipad homescreen
EA has finally sent my problem onto the Studio dept but from what I've seen others say it could take months for EA to fix this technical issue I'm expereincing! Has anyone else had this problem and if so was EA ever able to fix it (if so, how long did it take them?) Just really disappointed that I may miss the whole Easter event!
