Finding friends, names not recognised

Hi guys, every time I type in a name and search on Origin it says Not Recognised, Retry....But all the names I have tried are spelt correctly and it actually finds them and lists them, it's only when I tap the name it comes up with the "Not found" message...HELP

How many friends do you have? Origin allows 100 per player. Have you cleaned your app cache?
