Error accessing Krustyland, remains idle on the screen to pop balloons and not let out of that screen ...

If your city is linked to your EA account, try to reinstall the game.

If the issue persists after that, you will need to contact support. To do so, simply use this form and select Technical support / Game performance in the drop down menu in order to discuss with an Advisor over the phone or by chat.
