Did not receive Zutroy after completing all Tunnel tasks

I only have 22 elves and no zutroy. I tried all the troubleshooting tips on the chain and still failed. Please fix.

I did everything yesterday at 7:15pm MST and was told by EA that the problem was known to them and they were working on a solution within 24 hours. Still waiting. I have two towns and one got Zutroy and one didn't. I play one on iPhone 6+ (got) and on iPad (didn't). This is my third Christmas!

Just waited an hour to talk to EA support after reporting my issue, this is what I was told: "I want to inform you that this is known to our specialist team already and they are working on it . so do not worry , it will be fixed soon. and item will be added on your account automatically ."

When will this issue be fixed? Any timeline? I have the same issue; did everything, no Zutroy.

Wondering if it is platform specific as well.   Husband's  Samsung Galaxy  S3 got Zutroy but  my Samsung Tab current. ..

I completed all the daily tasks on time and did not receive Zutroy. Please help EA.
